Shipping Policy

Processing and shipping: All orders are prepared and shipped within 7 business days of payment confirmation. Regarding changes: orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: As we operate via dropshipping, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or for size exchanges. We only accept requests for defective products or items that differ from what was ordered, subject to review. Procedure for defects: The customer must contact our team within 24 hours of receipt, providing photos and details.
Once the issue is confirmed, we coordinate the best solution with the supplier, which may involve a replacement shipment or a refund.
Important: Our policy does not require the physical return of products.
